gudeg (javanese gudheg) is special food from yogyakarta and central java. it is made from young jackfruit cooked with coconut milk and flavoured with kluwek. brown color usually produced by teak leaf that cooked concurrent.gudeg eaten with rice and presented with thick coconut milk sauce (areh), chicken, egg, tofu and fried chutney of krecek.
